Ways to reduce stress are important to know and understand It changes around the time. In ancient times, You can deal It sleeping. But, in the actual times with lack of time, It’s very probably You can’t have time to sleep every single time You are stressed, but You need to sleep the minimum time (between 6-8 hours per day)…
So, let me show You 3 quick ways to deal with It.
Meditation.
This is one of the ways to reduce stress that doesn’t need to much time, if You do It correctly.

Anchoring
This is a powerful NLP technique, that basically learn to induce ourselves in a certain emotion using any kind of gesture.
There’re a lot ways to use the anchoring technique, but let me show you one to reduce stress. You need to create the anchoring before to use It properly.
- Find a song that makes you relaxed or happy.
- while You’re listening It, do the “OK gesture” like the picture to the left. pushing the index fingers and thumb fingers strongly.
- Repeat the step 2 over and over. If You feel relaxed or happy only doing the gesture, congratulations! You’ve created the anchoring successfully.
When You feel stressed, only do the gesture and You’ll reduce stress.
Though stress relievers.
A stress relievers can be anything that distract You enough time to the environment to reduce stress. Like the first way to reduce stress but with the help of any object (You can do both too).
